ASG is a real-time in-vehicle control architecture: one protocol, one ring, one synchronous state window shared by every zone module.

- The ASG protocol The ASG protocol carries all in-vehicle control traffic on a single shared channel, dividing it by frequency (a modified OFDM scheme) rather than by time slot or message arbitration.
- Hardware & IP module Every ASG zone module is the same unit: a real-time controller plus the ASG communication IP, wired to the ring for both power and data.
- Real-time OS & the 1 ms window The ASG real-time OS commits one shared information window across the whole vehicle every millisecond, so every zone module acts on the same state at the same instant.
- Zonal ring architecture ASG routes power and data around a single ring, with components attaching to the nearest zone module inside a fixed wire-length budget.
