Automotive E/E Systems Summit

May 2026 · Stuttgart, Germany

The ASG stand at the Automotive E/E Systems Summit, with the demo chassis and the architecture banner.

The Automotive E/E Systems Summit is aimed squarely at E/E architects and programme leads. ASG presented the single-ring zonal architecture as an alternative to extending CAN, LIN and Automotive Ethernet, with the harness, ECU-count and timing comparisons set out on the comparison pages.

Walking attendees through the demo chassis during a break: the zone modules on the ring, and a node wired short to the nearest one.

The questions from the floor were the useful kind: determinism under load, fault handling, functional-safety status, and how a transition is staged domain by domain.
